Our Programs
Your Rights. Your Voice. Your Power in Action.

At the Arizona Democracy Resource Center, we believe that no matter who you are or where you come from, you deserve to have a say in what happens in your community. We envision a world where everyone especially Black, Brown, Indigenous, Queer, and Trans People has the resources and power to shape their own lives. Our programs are built for and by our communities, grounded in love, respect, and collective strength.
Whether you’re restoring your rights after incarceration, preparing for birth, stepping into leadership, or defending your community’s future, our programs meet you where you are. Together, we organize, support, and build power to create the world we deserve—one rooted in justice, dignity, and true democracy.
Reclaiming Reproductive Health with Knowledge, Culture, and Community
Rooted Health Front delivers full-spectrum support for Black, Brown, Queer, and Trans birthing people, and birth workers of Color. From birth education and doula access to culturally grounded training and community connection, we’re reimagining what true care looks like—led by us, for us.
Safety is Something We Build Together
When your rights are under attack, safety can’t be an afterthought. Beyond Tomorrow gives you the training, tools, and support to organize, resist, and protect your community. From hotline support to the Democracy Defense Front, this program strengthens collective safety, advocates for community-oriented laws, and builds lasting community power.
Clearing Records. Restoring Rights. Reclaiming Power.
Need affordable Legal Services? You don’t have to do it alone. ADRC’s Free Legal Clinic offers no-cost services like rights restoration, expungement, name changes, set-asides, and more. With over 200 cases won, this clinic is about more than clearing records; it’s about rebuilding your future with dignity and community behind you.
Because Reentry Should Be About Dignity, Not Punishment
At the heart of the program is our Welcome Home Packet initiative: a collection of essential supplies, resource guides, and access to free legal support, available from the moment someone walks out the door. Rooted in an abolitionist framework, Pathways to Freedom recognizes that healing and safety come from community, connection, and mutual aid, not surveillance or punishment. Your return home should feel like a beginning. We’re here to make sure it starts with dignity.
You Have the Voice. We’re Here to Amplify It.
ADRC Action is the nonpartisan 501(c)(4) arm of our work, where advocacy meets action. We train and support community leaders to organize, mobilize, and push for bold, people-centered change. If you’re ready to challenge oppressive systems and help build a new model of governance that centers justice, care, and collective power, this is your moment.
